Fairwayr Clubs uses a guided, sales-assisted onboarding model, so committees and managers know exactly what happens at each stage.

Step 01

Discovery & demo

We learn how your club runs today: tee sheet, membership, competitions, and website. Then we show Fairwayr Clubs in that context.

Step 02

A platform admin creates your club record and sends an owner invitation. Your workspace stays pending until commercial terms are agreed.

Step 03

Your team configures courses, opening hours, categories, branding, and website pages. We support migration from legacy exports where helpful.

Step 04

Once payment is recorded and your setup is ready, we activate your control panel. Staff sign in and members meet your new digital experience.

Step 05

Launch visitor booking on your club website, publish competitions for members, and open the doors to your new digital experience.
